Our procurement starts with electronic parts which are 100% Traceable and certified. Post which we run a rigorous documentation process for re-verification.
A thorough verification and documentation process is applied to every product going via our distribution network. These methods make sure that only genuine and working electronic components are sent to our customers.
Our suppliers must go through a thorough certification procedure that includes product inspection, classification of the provider, and high-risk screening (using GIDEP and other industry organisations).
We check packing, Lot Code, DC, and we maitain inspection report. In few cases we do keep digital pictures.
We support MFR COC/ FD packing list for Traceability. Where there is restriction we support UNIVA COC.
We supply new and original packing parts, but in any case if customer wants to test at white horse we arrange for the same on mutually agreed on the charges.
we support 8D report from MFR in case of manufacturing defect. And support corrective action report to avoid later issues.
